Our FOUNDER

Darina Doroshenko, Founder of Atelier Niche, brings over 20 years of experience in the luxury beauty and fragrance industry. Her career spans leading global houses including Chanel, LVMH, Shiseido, Puig, and Roja Parfums.

As General Manager of Penhaligon’s, Darina played a key role in scaling the business to £100M in revenue over seven years, overseeing major markets including the UK, Worldwide Travel Retail, Asia, and the Middle East.

She holds a Master 2 in International Business & Economics from Université Paris Dauphine and is fluent in French, English, and Russian.
